The 310-litre cabinet is optimised for baskets holding 5 l plastic tubs, with room for stock beneath. A curved glass sneeze guard and LED lighting highlight the products, the sliding lids lock and the white cabinet can be branded.
Baskets are ordered as accessories, with options for 5 l plastic tubs, 5 l Napoli pans and 4 l tubs. Cooling is static with a mechanical thermostat and manual defrost, and the unit moves on four castors, two with brakes. Range −24…−14 °C, R290 refrigerant, rated power 320 W and daily energy use of 2.849 kWh at 45 dBA.
