It is a chest freezer topped with a curved glass sneeze guard, sized to suit small shops as well as supermarkets. Flat sliding glass lids with a lock cover the cabinet.
The top section is sized for baskets that hold 12 plastic tubs of 5 litres, with storage space below; the baskets are ordered separately as accessories and do not fit Napoli tubs. Cooling is static with manual defrost, a mechanical thermostat and a thermometer.
