A curved glass sneeze guard and LED lighting keep the flavours visible, and the plain white cabinet can carry custom branding. The sliding glass lids are flat and lockable.
Baskets for 5 l plastic tubs are an accessory and leave storage room below; Napoli tubs do not fit them. Cooling is static with a mechanical thermostat, defrost is manual and a digital thermometer shows the temperature. The freezer stands on four castors, two of which brake.
