It holds 398 litres, and the plain white cabinet can be branded. Under the curved glass sneeze guard, LED lighting illuminates the flavours.
The lids lock and a digital thermometer shows the temperature. Baskets are an accessory, available for 5 l plastic tubs, 5 l Napoli pans or 4 l tubs, with storage space below. Cooling is static, the thermostat mechanical and defrosting manual; there are four castors, two with brakes.
Rated for climate class 5, it holds −24…−14 °C with R290, drawing 350 W and using 2.895 kWh a day at 45 dBA. Gross volume is 427 litres in a cabinet of 1550 × 615 × 1295 mm, and the net weight is 117 kg.
