A curved glass sneeze guard and internal LED lighting present the flavours across 0.96 m² of display area. Sliding glass lids save energy when not serving.
The cabinet is designed for baskets holding 5 l plastic tubs, and Napoli pans will not fit; the baskets are not included and are ordered as accessories, leaving storage space underneath. Cooling is static, with a mechanical thermostat and manual defrost. The plain white cabinet can be branded, and strong castors make it mobile.
