It has 1.38 m² of display area, and a curved glass sneeze guard with internal LED lighting keeps the ice cream in full view. The cabinet is designed for baskets holding 5 l plastic tubs; Napoli pans will not fit.
Baskets are not included and are available as accessories, with room for stock underneath. Sliding glass lids save energy when not serving. Cooling is static, the temperature is set on a mechanical thermostat and defrosting is manual.
The unit stands on strong castors and can be branded. Its static cooling keeps −23…−16 °C with R290, rated for climate class 7, at 112 W and 1.831 kWh per 24 h, with 49 dBA of noise. Gross volume 426 litres, dimensions 1344 × 694 × 1330 mm and net weight 90 kg; there is no lock.
