The plain white cabinet is suited to branding, and sturdy castors make it easy to move. A curved glass sneeze guard, LED interior lighting and sliding glass lids that save energy outside serving times.
The interior takes baskets for 5-litre plastic tubs, with storage space below. Baskets are not included and Napoli pans do not fit. Cooling is static, defrost manual and the thermostat mechanical, with a thermometer fitted.
