Kaleido is an ISA gelato case designed in every detail to show the product at its best. A tilted tray brings normally hidden corners of the tubs into view, and the LEDs pick out the whole range of flavours. Steel and glass give the case its solid build.
There is a gelato version and a dual-zone gelato version (−20…+2 °C), plus a dual-temperature gelato and pastry version (−20…+10 °C). Cooling is fan-assisted, defrost is by reverse cycle and the compressor is hermetic. The glass structure opens bottom-up on a servo mechanism, the operator side has polycarbonate sliding doors and the worktop is white solid surface.
LED lighting comes at 4000 K or 5700 K. Widths of 1200, 1700 and 2200 mm, depth 1200 mm, height 1170 or 1350 mm. Refrigerant R290, climate class 4 (+30 °C, 55% RH), swivel castors with brakes and height-adjustable feet.
Available plug-in or for remote refrigeration, the latter without a condensing unit.
