Call sales +372 5559 3678The ISA 3D Show is a gelato display case for gelato shops and parlours where artisanal gelato has to be seen from every side. The front and both sides of the case are completely transparent, and so are the tubs, which gives the display real depth even when viewed from an angle.
Fan-assisted cooling keeps the whole case evenly cold, and defrosting works by reverse cycle. The glass structure opens bottom-up with a servo mechanism, the operator side has polycarbonate sliding doors and the LED lighting runs at 5700 K. The worktop is white solid surface or black Fenix, and the case stands on height-adjustable feet and swivel castors with brakes.
A dual-temperature version is optional. Temperature range −20…+2 °C, refrigerant R744, climate class 4 (+30 °C, 55% RH). Widths of 1200, 1550, 1700, 1900 and 2200 mm, depth 1100 mm, height 1170 or 1350 mm.
Supplied plug-in or as a remote unit, in which case the condensing unit is not included.
