Gelato display case ISA Stratos

Stratos pairs high technical performance with Italian design, in ISA's words. It is a gelato case rated for climate class 7 (+35 °C, 70% RH), so it holds up in a warm and humid shop. The front glass opens bottom-up on a servo mechanism, and polycarbonate sliding doors or a self-rolling curtain close the case.

Glass is heated double or heated laminated with a switch. Cooling is fan-assisted with a hermetic compressor and reverse-cycle defrost; the worktop is white solid surface, lighting is 5700 K LED, and the case runs on swivel castors with brake or stands on adjustable feet.

The Stratos Plus versions use R290 refrigerant and are 1200, 1700 or 2200 mm wide and 1250 mm high. There is a plug-in model and a remote model, for which the condensing unit is arranged separately. Canalised and dual-temperature versions are available as options.
