It is offered in four regimes: gelato and pastry at −20…+10 °C, pastry at +1…+10 °C, chocolate and pastry at +14…+16 °C, and a hot-and-cold pastry case at +1…+65 °C. The glass structure opens downwards, and polycarbonate sliding doors or a self-rolling curtain close the case.
Cooling is fan-assisted with a hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor and reverse-cycle defrost. The worktop is white solid surface and the lighting is tunable. The case runs on swivel castors with brake and stands on adjustable feet.
The Supercapri Plus versions with R290 refrigerant are 1200, 1700 or 2200 mm wide and 1170 mm high. The range is available as a plug-in or remote installation; on the remote version the buyer provides the condensing unit. Canalised and dual-temperature versions are optional.
