Call sales +372 5559 3678SweetDreams is an ISA pozzetti counter, in which gelato is kept in wells set into the counter rather than displayed behind glass. The manufacturer highlights its fan-assisted refrigeration, which keeps the cold even across the wells. The counter has a dual-temperature configuration and works at −16…+2 °C, with one or two hermetic compressors depending on version.
Defrost is manual. It stands on adjustable feet and moves on swivel castors with brake. Climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% RH) allows use in a very warm room.
Plug-in and remote versions are available; the remote counter is connected to a condensing unit already on site or bought separately.
