Climate class 5 means it is designed to operate in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C. Flat sliding glass lids lock and keep energy use down when not serving.
LED lighting at the front shows off the flavours, and the inner liner is white powder-coated steel. Standard baskets are included; baskets for 5 l ice cream tubs are available as options, and Napoli pans do not fit. Cooling is static with a mechanical thermostat and manual defrost, and a digital thermometer shows the temperature.
