A curved glass sneeze guard, rounded top trim and LED lighting at the front keep the ice cream in view. The flat sliding glass lids lock, and kept closed between servings they hold energy use down.
Standard baskets are included, baskets for 5 l tubs are an option and Napoli pans do not fit. The interior is white powder-coated steel. Static cooling is controlled by a mechanical thermostat, defrost is manual and the thermometer is digital.
It moves on four castors, two with brakes. Rated for climate class 5, it covers −24…−14 °C using R290, at 225 W and 1.992 kWh per 24 h, with 45 dBA of noise. The cabinet is 1320 × 650 × 885 mm outside and 1180 × 510 × 571 mm inside, and weighs 91 kg net.
