Scoop ice cream display UDRS7

With rounded corners and a curved glass guard, the UDRS7 is a Tefcold scoop display for seven 5-litre Napoli pans. A lift-up rear lid gives the server easy access and lets two staff scoop at the same time, which sliding glass lids do not allow. The curved glass protects the ice cream and improves hygiene, and the cabinet lends itself to branding.

Cooling is static and defrosting automatic; a digital controller displays the temperature and LED lighting with a switch illuminates the interior. The storage compartment below holds a further 12 pans of 5 l. A rear shelf with scoop wash is available as an option; pans are not included.

The temperature range is −20…−14 °C, gross volume 317 l, net 264 l and display area 0.42 m². It uses 8.83 kWh per 24 h, with 500 W power, 45 dBA noise, R290 refrigerant and climate class 4. The display is 1341 mm wide, 723 mm deep and 1253 mm high, weighs 98 kg and moves on four double castors.
