In the JSK-1615 the cupboard has 8 pairs of runners for GN 1/1 50 containers; four drawers are for drinks and one takes a GN 1/1 150 container. The drinks drawers measure 305 × 510 × 250 mm (two) and 305 × 510 × 350 mm (two) inside.
Every drawer extends to 110% and the runners are quick to change. The cupboard is normally on the left and can be moved to order; a shelf on the runners is an optional extra. A digital thermostat keeps +2…+5 °C with automatic defrost.
The refrigeration unit is a 29 kg quick-change type using 130 g of R290, power 600 W at 230 V, 50 Hz. Size 1600 × 650 × 900 mm, 185 kg gross, 163 kg net, legs 160 ± 15 mm.
