Each cupboard has 8 pairs of runners for GN 1/1 50 containers; the drawers are for crates, bottle racks and bottles. Two drawers measure 305 × 510 × 250 mm inside and two 305 × 510 × 350 mm.
They extend to 110% on retraction-locking runners that are quick to change. A shelf resting on the runners can be ordered for the cupboards as an extra. The digital thermostat sets +2…+8 °C and defrost is automatic.
A replaceable 19 kg refrigeration unit with 70 g of R290 draws 360 W at 230 V, 50 Hz. Size 2000 × 650 × 900 mm, net weight 162 kg, adjustable legs 160 ± 15 mm.
