Canis is a glass-door multideck with a large display area for stores that run their cabinets from a central remote system. The condensing unit is not supplied and the refrigerant is chosen to suit the remote installation. The cabinet comes in three depths, and a kit links modules into long runs.
Double-glazed hinged doors close the front, backed by a double air curtain. A large evaporator surface and energy-saving fans support the fan-assisted cooling, with natural defrost and an expansion valve. The bottom mould and air inlet are stainless steel, the top and bottom profiles aluminium, and LED lighting runs along the top and in the door frame.
Five rows of adjustable shelves carry label rails and limiters, and a PVC bumper and solar-powered thermometer are fitted. Temperature −1…+5 °C (class 3M1), climate class 3, 230 V, 50 Hz. Modules are 1250, 1875, 2500 and 3750 mm long; a 1250 mm module holds 920, 1190 or 1460 litres depending on depth, a 2500 mm module 1845–2920 litres.
