Call sales +372 5559 3678The BRD11A is laid out around GN 1/1: the shelves behind its two doors measure 32.5 × 53 cm and take standard gastronorm containers. The counter is 1150 mm wide, 70 cm deep and designed to run from a separately installed condensing unit. The 4 cm AISI 304 worktop has a rounded 10 cm upstand at the back and a sound-deadening underlay.
A fan and duct panel distribute the cold, defrost is automatic with electric heating elements, and a solenoid valve is included. The condensing unit, copper pipes and cables are not supplied; the technical compartment is on the right. −22…−15 °C; 266 litres gross and 185 litres net.
