According to the manufacturer it chills 70 kg or freezes 38 kg of food per cycle. The electronic controller works with a single-point core probe, and defrost is automatic.
Chamber and cabinet are AISI 304 stainless steel with a solid door. The refrigeration unit is built in and uses R290, and the supply is three-phase. The settable range is −40…+10 °C, with climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity).
Noise level 64 dBA, power 2500 W, electrical connection 400 V 3N~ / 50 Hz. The full-height cabinet measures 800 × 930 × 1849 mm and weighs 270 kg gross and 245 kg net.
