It takes up to five GN 1/1 containers or 400 × 600 mm (EN) trays; the manufacturer gives a capacity of 18 kg per chilling cycle and 10 kg per freezing cycle.
The electronic controller works with a single-point core probe that measures the internal temperature of the food. Defrost is automatic. The chamber has a solid door, the interior and exterior are AISI 304 stainless steel, and the built-in refrigeration unit uses R290.
Operating range −40…+10 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity), noise level 60 dBA. Electrical connection 230 V / 50 Hz, power 770 W. External dimensions 747 × 706 × 767 mm, weight 95 / 85 kg.
