Mobility is the difference here: the JFS171LK stands on four swivelling castors, two with brakes, which makes it 2010 mm tall. Inside it is the same 17-tray pastry cabinet as the JFS171L, chilling 70 kg from +90 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes or freezing 38 kg to −18 °C in 240 minutes.
Seventeen AISI 304 shelves sit in a grid rack of 33 positions at 30 mm pitch, sized for 60 × 40 × 4 cm dessert trays. The segment-display board with RS485 port runs timed or probe-controlled HARD and SOFT cycles, pre-cooling and automatic positive or negative storage.
The door hinges on the right, can be reversed on site and closes itself from under 90°. Refrigeration comes from an integral air-cooled unit, R290 at 0.15 + 0.15 kg, 1317 + 1317 W at −23.3 °C, with 75 mm insulation. Footprint 800 × 930 mm, 245 kg net, 2500 W from a 400 V 3N~ supply, 64 dBA.
