Blast chiller/freezer Hoshizaki PREMIER KPS 21 SG

For restaurants and cafés working in smaller batches, the Hoshizaki PREMIER KPS 21 SG blast chiller/freezer handles 25 kg per chilling cycle and 15 kg per freezing cycle, with room for up to five trays. Trays can be GN 1/1 or 400 × 600 mm Euronorm (EN). The electronic controller works with a multipoint core probe and defrosting is automatic.

The unit runs on a 230 V / 50 Hz supply, and its built-in refrigeration uses the natural refrigerant R290. The unit measures 747 × 744 × 772 mm and weighs 125 kg gross, 115 kg net. Operating range −40…+45 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity), noise level 60 dBA and rated power 900 W.
