Sliding glass lids keep the products on display, and the cabinet is designed to cope with frequent opening through the day while holding the correct storage temperature.
The straight sliding glass lids lock. Cooling is static with manual defrost; a mechanical thermostat sets the temperature and a digital display shows it. Inside is hammered aluminium, outside white painted steel.
