It serves for storage and display alike and holds the correct temperature even when it is opened many times a day. Lockable straight sliding glass lids cover the top.
Static cooling works with manual defrost; the temperature is set on a mechanical thermostat and read on a digital display. The hammered aluminium interior can take up to six small or four large extra baskets, and the white cabinet on castors is simple to reposition.
