About this product

Description

For chilled goods that need to stay both cold and visible, the Classic 1200 Glass pairs a 1167-litre chamber with glass doors. The series is built for open-plan kitchens and production rooms, with AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out and a galvanised-steel technical compartment and base.

Three plastic-coated wire shelves per door run on stainless-steel slides as standard. The electronic control panel offers high and low humidity settings, records HACCP alarms and flags power failures. The interior can be tailored with optional extras such as a pastry set-up, bottle racks, internal drawers or a germicidal UVC lamp.

Range +2…+10 °C in climate class 4, refrigerant R290. Refrigerating capacity is 619 W at −10 °C evaporating and +54.4 °C condensing, and electrical power 450 W. The cabinet measures 1500 × 735 × 2080 mm and weighs 220 kg net, with 75 mm of insulation.
