About this product

Description

For large chilled stocks that need to be seen, the Classic 2300 Glass is a glass-door refrigerator with a 2102-litre chamber. It is 2250 mm wide and 850 mm deep and suits open-plan kitchens and production rooms. The interior is AISI 304 stainless steel, the evaporator is inside the chamber and defrost is automatic.

Three plastic-coated wire shelves per door are standard, and bottle racks, a pastry set-up or a germicidal UVC lamp are available as options. The controller offers high or low humidity settings and keeps a HACCP alarm log. Range +2…+10 °C in climate class 4, refrigerant R290, refrigerating capacity 1238 W (−10/+54.4 °C) and electrical power 920 W.
