Call sales +372 5559 3678The Everlasting Roll-In 2 Glass is the wide 1760 mm cabinet in its glass-door version, so trolley loads stay in view while the cabinet stays closed. Gastronorm trolleys roll directly into the 2466-litre chamber over a non-insulated AISI 304 stainless-steel floor.
With the evaporator compartment outside the chamber, the space goes to trolleys, and bumpers on 4 sides keep them off the walls. The control panel logs HACCP alarms and monitors temperature, power supply and condenser fouling, with energy saving, overcooling and high or low humidity modes.
