Description

Glass doors set the Professional 1500 Glass freezer apart: frozen products stay visible in an open kitchen or workshop even with the door closed. Gross volume is 1365 litres and the temperature range −20…−10 °C. There are 3 plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners per door.

The monoblock unit and separate evaporator compartment leave the chamber free for stock, and defrost is automatic by electric heater. The controller has a HACCP alarm log, Energy Saving and Overcooling; a Wi-Fi module for remote management and an RS-485 port for supervision systems are optional.

Refrigerating capacity 851 W, electrical power 830 W, refrigerant R290, 75 mm insulation. Dimensions 1500 × 815 × 2080 mm; 252 kg net, 272 kg gross. The remote version (REM, AEE34200000000, R452A, 420 W) comes without condensing unit.
