The Classic 1200 Glass puts frozen stock on view: its glass doors let staff see what is inside without opening the cabinet, which suits open-plan kitchens and production rooms where the equipment is on show. The 1167-litre chamber and the outer shell are both AISI 304 stainless steel.
Behind each door are three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners. Defrost is automatic by electric heater, and the evaporator, mounted inside the chamber, has an anti-corrosion coating. The electronic controller logs HACCP alarms and offers Energy Saving and Overcooling functions; a Wi-Fi module for remote management and an RS485 port for supervision systems can be added as options.
As a glass-door model it is rated for climate class 4, with a range of −20 to −10 °C. It uses R290, provides 851 W of refrigerating capacity (−23.3/+54.4 °C) and draws 830 W at 230 V, 50 Hz. Dimensions are 1500 × 735 × 2080 mm; it weighs 222 kg net, 242 kg gross.
