That helps in open kitchens and production rooms where stock checks and picking need to be quick. The AISI 304 stainless-steel chamber has rounded corners and removable shelving for easy cleaning.
Each door carries three plastic-coated wire shelves. The electronic controller collects HACCP alarms and offers an Energy Saving function; a Wi-Fi module and an RS485 serial port are optional. With glass doors it is rated climate class 4 and covers −20…−10 °C on R290 refrigerant.
