The cabinet has an external depth of 850 mm, a manufacturer-stated capacity of 1365 litres and an AISI 304 stainless-steel interior, suiting open kitchens and production rooms where frozen products need to be well organised and easy to see.
Three plastic-coated wire shelves per door glide on stainless-steel runners and come out without tools. The control panel offers a HACCP alarm log plus Energy Saving and Overcooling functions. Automatic defrost uses an electric heater, and a germicidal UVC lamp can be fitted inside as an option.
