Confectionery display case ES System K Carina 08

Carina 08 is a confectionery display made for counter furniture finished to the buyer's own design: it comes without the lower front and side panels and is built into the counter. Deep shelves hold a broad assortment at a stable temperature on every level, and the condensing unit is built in, running on R290.

At the front is a single hinged glass with an upper shelf; the staff side has double-glazed sliding doors. The two deep glass shelves adjust in height and angle, and warm-tone LEDs at the top and on each shelf bring out the look of cakes and pastries. The base shelf has an unpainted stainless-steel cover.

Fan-assisted cooling, electric defrost and an electronic controller; condensate drains to the sewer, with pipework not included. Temperature class 3M2 (+3…+7 °C), climate class 3, 230 V, 50 Hz. Modules of 600 mm (165 litres), 930 mm (255 litres) and 1430 mm (395 litres) with 20 mm sides can be multiplexed, and servicing is straightforward.
