Confectionery display case ES System K Carina 09 SQR

Carina 09 SQR is the straight-glass confectionery display: front and side glass are combined, and the double-glazed straight front glass opens on hinges, a layout the manufacturer says reduces energy consumption. It is designed to be built into furniture, without lower front and side panels, so the front can be finished in a range of materials.

Three deep glass shelves adjust in height and angle, and warm 3000 K LEDs at the top and on every shelf flatter cakes and desserts. The staff side closes with double-glazed sliding doors; the 548 mm module has hinged rear doors instead. The front glass carries black screen printing and the base shelf has an unpainted stainless-steel cover.

Built-in condensing unit on R290, fan-assisted cooling and an electronic controller; defrost is electric on the 894 and 1394 mm modules and natural on the 548 mm one. Condensate drains to the sewer, pipes not included. In temperature class 3M1 the case holds +1…+5 °C in a climate class 3 room, on 230 V, 50 Hz.
