Confectionery display case ES System K Vello

Vello fits a large confectionery display into a small shop footprint. Warm LED lighting at 3000K, at the top and under each shelf, brings out the products. This refrigerated plug-in version runs in temperature class 3M2 (−1…+7 °C) or 3H1 (+4…+10 °C), and heated and neutral versions complete the line.

The single straight front glass is toughened and hinged, with an opening safeguard. The worktop is polished black granite, the interior sheet and galvanised display shelf are painted RAL 9005 and the metal pillars are painted to a RAL colour. A glass hanging shelf, sliding plexiglass covers, an extra shelf on the server's side within the counter frame and one double socket are fitted.

Fan-assisted cooling with automatic defrost and condensate evaporation is run by a Carel or equivalent controller. The counter is supplied for self-finishing without bottom, front or side panels, so it can be clad in a material of choice, and modules join in a line with a divider.

Refrigerated modules 0.9 and 1.3 are 910 and 1310 mm long with 75 and 110 litres; the N and B modules hold 100 and 145 litres. Side panels 18 mm, R290, climate class 3, 230 V / 50 Hz.
