Description

ISA presents the Millennium Pastry as the evolution of its long-established professional display cabinet. It is built for showing cakes and pastries and comes as LX or ST, both 1350 mm high and 1200, 1700 or 2200 mm wide, with one or two display shelves. Fan-assisted cooling holds +1…+10 °C, with off-cycle defrost.

The front glass opens upwards with servo assistance, polycarbonate sliding doors close the case and the worktop is stainless steel. Lighting is 5700 K LED. The body is white RAL 9003 with white sides, and other RAL colours are optional.

Choose a plug-in version running on R290 or a remote one, for which the condensing unit is not supplied. The compressor is hermetic and the climate class is 3 (+25 °C, 60% RH). Swivel castors with brakes and two height-adjustable feet are available as an option.
