Pastry display case ISA Pentagram Display

Intended for cafés and patisseries, Pentagram Display Pastry follows the shape and construction of the Pentagram gelato case but runs at chilled temperatures of +1…+10 °C. Cakes and pastries stay clearly visible while being kept cool. Fan-assisted cooling is driven by a hermetic compressor, with off-cycle defrost.

The front glass tilts by hand, and the case can be closed with polycarbonate sliding doors or a self-rolling curtain. The worktop is a quartz-based surface, and the LED lighting is offered at 5700 K or 4000 K. Refrigerant R290, climate class 3.

Choose a plug-in model or a remote version, whose condensing unit has to be sourced separately. Glass options are single, single heated and heated laminated; a canalised version for joining cases in a line and a dual-temperature version are optional.
