The Professional 1500 2T puts two separate compartments in one body: a refrigerator section at −2…+10 °C and a freezer section at −22…−10 °C, each with 625 litres gross. Chilled and frozen stock thus share 1500 mm of kitchen wall. Each door has 3 plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners.
The monoblock unit and separate evaporator compartment leave both chambers free for stock, and defrost is automatic by electric heater. The controller keeps a HACCP alarm log and offers high/low humidity and Energy Saving. A UVC lamp, drawers, a pastry set-up, bottle racks, a hook rail or castors can be ordered as options.
Refrigerating capacity is 385 W on the refrigerator side and 560 W on the freezer side, electrical power 500 W, refrigerant R290, 75 mm insulation. Dimensions 1500 × 815 × 2080 mm, net weight 245 kg. A remote version (REM, AOE14200000000, R452A, 300 W) is available without condensing unit.
