The Everlasting Professional 2300 2T places a refrigerator and a freezer in a single 2250 mm wide body. The larger 1365-litre compartment runs at −2…+10 °C and the smaller 625-litre compartment at −22…−10 °C, for kitchens that need chilled and frozen stock side by side.
Each compartment has its own refrigerating capacity: 619 W on the chilled side and 510 W on the frozen side. The tropicalised monoblock unit works with an evaporator in a separate compartment, and defrost by heater is automatic. Behind each door are three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners.
Options include internal drawers, bottle racks and a meat hook rail. Insulation 75 mm, refrigerant R290, electrical power 500 W at 230 V, 50 Hz. External dimensions 2250 × 815 × 2080 mm, net weight 346 kg.
A remote version (REM, AOE15300000000) also exists; its condensing unit is not supplied.
