It works between −25 and +12 °C, so it can serve as a refrigerator or a freezer as needed; the condensing unit is installed separately and is not supplied.
Control is by a Carel MPX controller, with automatic defrost. The interior takes GN 2/1 pans in the deep orientation on four shelves. The lockable solid-door cabinet is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with LED lighting and legs of 130–180 mm.
Climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity), 230 V / 50 Hz connection, 580 W power. Gross volume is 700 litres, external dimensions are 690 × 848 × 1950 mm, and the cabinet weighs 115 kg gross and 105 kg net.
