Remote refrigerator/freezer Hoshizaki Premier U 70 DR CO2 (AKCC-B)

The Hoshizaki Premier U 70 DR CO2 (AKCC-B) is a stainless-steel cabinet for professional kitchens supplied by a central R744 refrigeration plant. Its −25…+12 °C setting range lets the same cabinet run as a refrigerator or as a freezer. The condensing unit is installed separately and is not included.

Behind the solid door are four GN 2/1 shelves intended for pans placed in the deep orientation. A Danfoss AKCC controller with Bluetooth manages the temperature, and defrosting is automatic. The door locks, the interior has LED lighting, and both exterior and interior are AISI 304 stainless steel.

The cabinet stands on 130–180 mm legs. Gross volume 700 litres; climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity); 230 V / 50 Hz supply with 580 W electrical power. External dimensions 690 × 848 × 1950 mm, gross and net weight 115 / 105 kg.
