Description

In the Hoshizaki Premier U 140 CO2 (AKCC-B), the suffix stands for a Danfoss AKCC controller with Bluetooth. The cabinet connects to a remote system running on carbon dioxide and can serve as either a chiller or a freezer cabinet over −25…+12 °C. Two lockable doors open onto eight shelves for deep GN 2/1 pans and 1400 litres gross.

Defrost is automatic and the lighting LED. The condensing unit is installed separately; the cabinet measures 1380 × 848 × 1950 mm and weighs 170 kg net.
