Description

The Premier U 140 U Ru1 is a 1400-litre Hoshizaki remote cabinet connected to an R448A or R449A system. The same cabinet can chill or freeze, since its range runs from −25 °C to +12 °C, set from an electronic controller with display. Inside are eight shelves for deep GN 2/1 pans and LED lighting, with two lockable doors and automatic defrost.

The condensing unit is not included. The cabinet weighs 170 kg net (186 kg gross) and needs 720 W.
