Description

The Hoshizaki Premier U 140 Ru1 is for kitchens on an R448A or R449A remote system and has an electronic controller with display on board. It can be set within −25…+12 °C, so it works as a refrigerator or a freezer as needed. Two doors open onto eight shelves for deep GN 2/1 pans; the doors lock and defrost is automatic.

The condensing unit is installed separately. Gross volume 1400 litres, 1380 × 848 × 1950 mm, net weight 170 kg and 720 W of electrical power.
