About this product

Description

Hoshizaki's Premier U 140 CO2 is a large two-door cabinet for kitchens whose central system runs on carbon dioxide (R744). Its −25…+12 °C range lets the same cabinet be set up as a refrigerator or a freezer. It has neither a unit nor a controller; control comes through the remote system.

Eight shelves for deep GN 2/1 pans, automatic defrost, lockable doors and LED lighting. The condensing unit is installed separately and not included. Dimensions 1380 × 848 × 1950 mm, net weight 170 kg, electrical power 720 W.
