The Hoshizaki cabinet covers −25…+12 °C, so it can run as a refrigerator or as a freezer.
The condensing unit is installed separately. Behind the lockable solid door are four GN 2/1 shelves for pans in the deep orientation; defrost is automatic and lighting is LED. Cabinet and interior are AISI 304 stainless steel, standing on 130–180 mm legs.
Gross volume 700 litres, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity), 230 V / 50 Hz supply and 600 W power. External dimensions 810 × 728 × 1950 mm, gross and net weight 115 / 105 kg.
