Cold buffet KSB-1600

Four GN 1/1 150 containers in a single chilled well make the KSB-1600 the largest well buffet in the series. It is 1600 mm wide and 1400 mm high, built to be wheeled from one place to another. Over the well sits a lit top shelf with a clear glass sneeze guard; underneath is a neutral two-door cupboard.

The side shelves fold down so the buffet passes through a standard door or takes less room in storage. It rolls on 100 mm Manner castors that swivel through 360°, two of them braked. The mechanical thermostat holds +3…+5 °C, with R134a refrigerant (210 g) and a 230 V, 50 Hz supply.

Weight 160 kg. The replaceable side panels come in five finishes: black, grey, birch, oak and Fireside Walnut.
