Cold buffet KSB-800

Narrowest of the well buffets, the KSB-800 is an 800 mm unit whose chilled well holds two GN 1/1 150 containers. It sits on castors and can be repositioned when needed. The top shelf is lit and edged with a clear glass sneeze guard.

Side shelves fold down, helping the buffet through a standard door. The lower section is a neutral two-door cupboard, and the 100 mm Manner castors swivel through 360°, with brakes on two of them. Range +3…+5 °C, mechanical thermostat, refrigerant R134a 210 g, supply 230 V, 50 Hz.

At 800 × 650 × 1400 mm, it weighs 110 kg. Side panels are replaceable and available in black, grey, birch, oak or Fireside Walnut.
