Cold buffet KTB-1200

Instead of a well, the KTB-1200 buffet has a flat chilled plate that takes three GN 1/1 containers. The lit top shelf is edged with a clear glass sneeze guard, and there is a neutral two-door cupboard underneath. It runs on 100 mm Manner castors that swivel through 360°, and two of them can be braked.

The side shelves fold down to save space and to get through a standard door. Side panels are replaceable and offered in black, grey, birch, oak and Fireside Walnut. Mechanical thermostat, range +3…+5 °C, refrigerant R134a (210 g), supply 230 V, 50 Hz.

Overall size 1200 × 650 × 1400 mm; it weighs 128 kg.
