The setpoint ranges from −2 to +10 °C. Interior and exterior are AISI 304 stainless steel, with the technical compartment and base in galvanised steel.
Three plastic-coated wire shelves run on stainless-steel slides and come out without tools. Fan-assisted cooling spreads the cold evenly, automatic defrost uses an electric heater and the touch-screen controller gives a HACCP alarm. Climate class 7, refrigerant R290, refrigerating capacity 414 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C), electrical power 260 W at 230 V, 50 Hz.
